All orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday are shipped out the same day.
All orders placed after 1pm or on the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

4-6 Working Days – May experience delays due to Covid procedures at customs.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or bank holidays.
Orders can occasionally be delivered on Saturdays, depending on your local Royal Mail depot.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We’re still a small team and although we try super hard to get everything shipped out as soon as possible.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, especially with the current post-covid delays becoming regular courier issues.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to let you know.
